Shu Ting Wee

For Shu Ting, becoming a movement coach was a natural progression from years of teaching yoga. A curious learner at heart, she discovered that movement practices opened up endless possibilities for how people could move their bodies and challenge their minds.
Since 2013, Shu Ting has taught yoga in styles including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Therapy, and Prenatal/Postpartum. In 2020, she expanded into strength training, bringing together healing modalities with evidence-based movement to create sessions that are both deeply restorative and progressively challenging.
