There is no standard body.
So there is no standard session.
Personal movement coaching is our core practice.
Your coach looks at where you are now, what you want to be able to do and what may be limiting you. Then we train from there.

What a session can include.

Strength
Build force and control that carries into life, sport and everything else you do.

Mobility
Develop usable range rather than simply stretching further.

Coordination
Learn to organise more of your body, in more directions, with more control.

Balance
Create options when your position, surface or environment changes.

Groundwork and locomotion
Move through the floor, change levels and become comfortable in positions adults often stop using.

Play and skill
Try something unfamiliar. Solve a physical problem. Learn rather than simply repeat.
You are not fitting yourself into our programme.
The coaching fits around you.
You do not need to identify as “fit.” You might be:
- Strong but restricted.
- Active but repeatedly irritated by the same areas.
- New to training.
- Returning after years away.
- Playing tennis or padel several times a week.
- Thinking seriously about how you want to move in your 50s, 60s and beyond.
- Simply curious about what your body could become better at.
That is enough to start.

It starts with a movement assessment.
We talk about your history, your goals and what you want help with. Then we look at how you move.
The assessment is a coached session, so you leave with a clear sense of where to start and what the work will look like.
