Move. Play.
Figure it out.

Movement coaching for children who learn by doing.

We create physical problems worth solving through games, balancing, jumping, hanging, crawling, throwing, catching, running and movement challenges. Along the way, children practise coordination, body awareness, balance, planning, confidence and the ability to try again.

Every child arrives differently

We are not trying to make every child move the same way.

  • Some children arrive full of energy.
  • Some take time to join in.
  • Some love rules.
  • Some want to change the rules.
  • Some find coordination difficult.
  • Some need to understand a task before attempting it.
  • Some simply want to move.

All of that gives us information.

The coach's job is to notice what helps that child engage, learn and take ownership of the challenge.

What a session looks like

A session should feel like something is happening.

Different brains. Different bodies.

Different ways in.

We coach neurotypical and neurodivergent children, including children with ADHD, dyspraxia, autism and sensory differences.

A diagnosis is not required. And a diagnosis is not the programme.

We coach the child in front of us.
